Alex Quigley – Senior associate at Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) and author of the blog, ‘The Confident Teacher’.
Igraine Rhodes – EEF regional lead for London and East of England. Iggy worked extensively on the EEF Behaviour Guidance report
Silke Gobel – Associate Professor/Senior lecturer – University of York Psychology Department – Numerical Cognition
Alicia Shaw – Institute for Effective Education (IEE) – Alicia will be sharing her thoughts re teacher-led evaluation, covering why teachers should think about evaluating their practice
Andrew Dougherty – Chartered College of Teaching – Andrew will be discussing how to engage with research for impact in the classroom
Jonny Uttley – CEO Education Alliance – Jonny will be discussing Ethical Leadership
More speakers will be confirmed over the next few weeks
As part of the day we would like to invite colleagues to share findings from projects that they have developed or delivered in school – this would be a 10 minutes informal round table talk to small groups (this could be around transition, parental engagement, wellbeing, staffing, curriculum, collaborative work etc.).
